I designed and developed a series of online and facilitator-led courses for a healthcare company, aimed at improving customer service and cross-team collaboration. The courses primarily focused on teaching employees how to use various online tools effectively, emphasizing practical, hands-on skills that could be applied immediately to their roles. By combining self-paced e-learning with interactive, instructor-led sessions, the program catered to diverse learning preferences and ensured comprehensive knowledge transfer. The initiative enhanced employee confidence in using these tools, leading to streamlined processes, improved communication between teams, and a stronger overall customer experience.
